Bellybar Review and Giveaway

I am always on the lookout for amazing pregnancy related products, especially tummy treats. I don't think I have ever had yummier pregnancy goodies than what Bellybar by Nutrabella has to offer. I didn't expect to get such amazingly good bars, shakes and chews from them. My expectations were blown out of the water. The sweet people at Bellybar sent me 3 different flavors of bars, a shake and some chews to review. I can honestly say I will always include their delicious products in my pregnancies and also while breastfeeding! These products would have been amazing for me during my first trimester, when I could barely keep anything down!

The first product I tried was the Due for Chocolate Shake. Isn't the name adorable?? There is also a vanilla version called Vanilla Dreams. I don't know about you, but I crave chocolate during my pregnancies and this would hit the spot! When you hear the word shake you make think of what I did, a Slim Fast shake or something of that nature. This shake actually tastes GOOD! With these chocolate shakes, I can satisfy my craving and also get extra boosts of fiber, protein, calcium and omega 3 DHA! I especially loved drinking this shake while breastfeeding my daughter because I was able to get nutrients and DHA, which is great for brain and eye development! This shake was not chalky and I cannot wait to get a whole case of these during my next pregnancy. You can buy a case of six 4 packs on the Nutrabella website for $69.99.



I was also able to review Citrus on Board and Chocolate Cuddles Bellybar Chews. These have calcium and folic acid in them. I used to take calcium chews all the time because I was afraid I wasn't getting enough while pregnant and nursing. These chews are a yummy alternative. The chocolate ones taste just like you are eating a chocolate chew and the citrus taste almost like a starburst to me! They were amazing and a great addition to any pregnancy nutrition regimen and especially amazing to take while breastfeeding! A 30 count pouch will run you $9.99, a steal compared to what you will pay for just calcium chews, and these contain folic acid as well!




The last thing I tried were 3 different Bellybars. I got to try the Berry Nutty Cravings Bellybar first and it was so delicious! This is a berry and nut bar that reminded me of an amazing fruit and nut granola bar! I also tried the Baby Needs Chocolate and instantly fell in love! This is much better for you than a candy bar, and just as tasty! Last, I tried the Mellow Oat bar and it was just as good as the other two. Honestly, after having my first Bellybar, I knew the other two would be good! I am an energy bar and nutrition bar nut, so these were right up my alley! I had seen these at my Motherhood store before and I kick myself for not trying them sooner! Each bar contains 800mcg of Folic Acid, 8g of Protein and 18mg of Iron! Such a healthy snack during pregnancy and while breastfeeding!

The only flavor I didn't try was Burstin' Chocolate, which is bursting with chocolate and a hint of orange. It sounds delicious as well! You can buy a 5 count box for $9.99.

I was nothing but pleased with my entire Bellybar experience, which started with me testing out their new chewable prenatal vitamin! Hallelujah!

I am not sure if these are for sale yet, but they are listed on the website and that is why I am mentioning them here. They were awesome folks! Not chalky and very easy to chew up. Perfect for a Mom with horrible morning sickness like I get!
